The service
The Eisenhower Matrix To Do App (“the app”) is a free, browser-based tool for sorting tasks with the Eisenhower Matrix. The site also offers guides, examples and printable templates. You do not need an account to use any of it.
Your tasks and your responsibility
Your tasks are stored only in your browser, on your device. We never receive them, so we cannot back them up, recover them or restore them for you. Browsers can delete site data, for example when you clear your history or use a private window.
You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. Use More → Download backup in the app regularly. See the privacy policy for details.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
- Copy the site’s design or written content and present it as your own.
Content you may use
You are welcome to download and print our Eisenhower Matrix templates for personal, classroom or team use, and to share links to any page. The guides, examples, design and code remain ours. Please ask before republishing them.
The Eisenhower Matrix itself is a widely used method and is not owned by us. These terms cover only our own content and software.
No professional advice
Our guides and examples share general productivity ideas. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Use your own judgement about what is important and urgent for you.
Tips
Tips are optional, voluntary and do not buy any extra features or support. They are processed by a third-party platform under its own terms, and we do not see your payment details.
