About us
We make a simple, free Eisenhower Matrix you can use in seconds: no account, no ads, and your tasks stay in your browser.
Why this exists
The Eisenhower Matrix is one of the simplest ways to decide what to work on: sort each task by whether it is urgent and whether it is important, then do, schedule, delegate or drop it. Yet most online versions ask you to sign up, install something or hand over your task list before you can try it.
We wanted the opposite. Open the page, type a task, drag it into a quadrant. That is the whole idea behind the Eisenhower Matrix To Do App.
What we believe
- No signup. A to-do list should not need a password.
- Your tasks are yours. They are saved in your own browser and never sent to us. The privacy policy explains exactly how.
- Free, without ads. No ads, no premium tier hiding the useful parts, and analytics cookies only if you say yes.
- Fast and accessible. The app works with a keyboard and screen readers, in light and dark mode, on phones and desktops.
- Useful beyond the app. Our guide, examples, printable template and methods are free to read and use.
Who makes it
The Eisenhower Matrix To Do App team builds and maintains the app, the guides and the templates. What we build next is shaped by the people who use it, so feedback really does change the app.
How it is funded
Because there is no server storing your data, the site costs very little to run. It is paid for by an optional tip jar (opens in a new tab). If the app saves you time, a tip helps keep it free for everyone.
